You can get these by drawing them with pop from the home page. You will need one of each to craft the B2S Deco Pen Lims.
When you click the banner if you have pens you will see three pen colors to pick from it doesn’t matter which colors or patterns you pick from each of the Pens, Rings, or Beads. Once you select one of each, a bead of the B2S Deco Pen Character you get will show up.
